HEALTH & HYGIENE
- Maintain healthy behaviors
- Sanitizer stations
- Washing hands breaks
- Hands washed before and after lunch, recess & gym
- Posters and signs posted around the building

SOCIAL DISTANCING & FACE COVERING
- Desks spaced 6ft apart; seating at tables social distanced
- Social distanced seating at lunch
- Face coverings will be worn when social distancing is not possible; hallways etc.
- Hallways will be one directional (1st-toward center stairwell; 2nd-towards office; 3rd-towards center stairwell)
- Teacher will wear face shields at all times
- Staff will wear face coverings when working closely with other people in the building
- Visitors will wear face coverings while in the building; have their temperature taken, and answer a questionnaire

CLEANING
- Bathrooms will be cleaned periodically throughout the day
- Bathrooms in classrooms will be sanitized by teachers between uses
- Bathrooms in stairwells will have signs and supplies for students to sanitize the area
- The entire building will be cleaned and sanitized nightly
- Classroom surfaces will be sanitized throughout the day specifically between change of use
- Water fountains will be closed; a water dispenser will be available for filling up water bottles

ILLNESS
- Temperature will be taken before entering the building each day
- Encourage parents to take temperatures each morning before coming to school
- Don't come to school with any symptoms
- 72 hours fever free before returning to school
- Alert the school of any positive test of COVID-19 or influenza
- Isolation room set up for sick students; need to be picked up within the hour of a parent/guardian being called
- OCR room set up to allow cleaning of classrooms during the day

TEACHING
- On campus learning for all students
- Plan for remote learning in the case of long term illness
- Consider hybrid classes for students with high risk situations

LUNCH & RECESS
- Social distance with more tables
- Time between periods to allow for cleaning
- Cleaning done by maintenance staff
- NEED TO come up with a lunch program plan
- Recess will be outside or in classrooms
- Playground equipment will be sanitized

CHAPEL
- Classes will be assigned times to be present at chapel
- Chapels will be live streamed for all other classes to watch
- No singing DROP-OFF & PICK-UP
- A teacher or volunteer wearing a facemask will take temperature at cars
- Students with temps 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to enter the building
- PreK - 6th will go to the Gym and sit in class groups
- 7th - 12th will go to Fellowship Hall and sit in class groups
- Face coverings will remain on until in classrooms

AFTERCARE & EARLY DROP-OFF
- NEED TO come up with an Aftercare plan
- Early drop-off will be allowed
- Students will sit in the Music Room with face coverings on until they are dismissed to the Gym or Fellowship Hall

GROUP EVENTS, FIELD TRIPS & ATHLETICS
- Group events will be determined at a later date
- Field trips will only occur if they are in walking distance and will follow the guidelines of the state and the location of the field trip
- Athletics will happen as the state allows them and if there are other teams set up for us to play against
- SHOULD CONSIDER intramurals (maybe with Kings)
- Buses will not be in use as of right now

In order to provide an excellent virtual school experience, we at Haddon Heights Christian School assure the following things...

- Live instruction whenever possible
- Recorded instruction delivered within 24 hours
- A morning email or video explaining the instruction schedule for the morning
- Assistance with Google classroom before the beginning of school and audio/visual checks before the beginning of class.
- Opportunities for students to collaborate with in-person instruction class during afternoon small group sessions
- Opportunities for students to join with in-person group projects when all students are working on their laptops and not conferring in person.

- Playground equipment will be sanitized CHAPEL

- A teacher or volunteer wearing a facemask will take temperature at cars
- Students with temps 100.4 or higher will not be allowed to enter the building
- PreK - 4th will go to the Gym and sit in class groups
- Face coverings will remain on until in classrooms

- No on campus learning
- Full remote learning will go into play
